North Sea offshore drilling workers have begin a 48-hour strike over pay dispute between workers'association and employer companies (Odfjell, Archer, Transocean, Maersk).
This might result in oil shortage in UK.

I think oil companys should increase workers salary. They earn millions, have monopol, managers fly with private jets while workers in worst condition on North work for minimum wage or low salary.

This is still not very much possible, those managers use planes helicopter, not jets. That is for quick reach, not enjoyment.
Company will need to cut expenditure, or increase oil price, both are not good.
They should better pay employees in shares.

I had idea more about managers and board members in headquarters. Those are not close to oil fields at North than in big city's.

Managers can share part of cake with workers. I think those managers have easiest job. There is always buyer for oil.

No dear, there is nothing easy, everyone needs to work in own way. The most easy job is Parliamentarian, but they will never share their cake.
