When you engage with your employees, you give room for them to express their creativity to the business. It is not ideal for jobs and workplaces to always be rigid with it's employees.

Workers should be taken as part of the business. They shouldn't be treated as labour providers without any stakeholding part in the managerial aspect of the business. When workers feel involvement in the growth of the business, they would be more committed in their services.
