To be very honest with you there are some things I would not take from a customer, for instance if a customer is being racist in his remarks, is I am not going to let it slide.What's your take on the phrase "the customer is always right." I really hate the line. It always gives customers the advantage and they tend to misuse it. some customers will be really rude, sometimes when it's really not necessary, just because they know that they are out on a pedestal.
