There are companies having different policies as to when their employees received salary increase. The impact is overwhelming. Employees will be seen through their faces delight and motivation. It's boosting their working spirits.

Salary increase is a must for employees, however, it is sad to note that there are companies and even schools who seldom give salary increase to the employees which is why we always observe laziness of the people.
You are right paying good money that the workers deserve will improve many things and increase productivity for the company, and to speak the truth many workers hate their work place because of the payment they get, and that is why their work is less quality.
You may not really say it's a must if your salary has been negotiate you should be contented with that it's not a must for your employer to increase your salary but if that is considered it's going to motivate workers to work hard

You are so right, and we also know that we are qualified for a salary increase because we complied all the requirements for that but there are companies that play deaf and blind, they never want to increase the salary of the workers despite the gain they have.
I have seen some companies who don't appreciate and who don't give any attentions and they eventually lose their skilled workers and their products.
