The most difficult decision I ever made was when I withdraw big amount of my savings just to invest in a business newly introduced in my country, and turned out to be operating illegally.

The most difficult decision which I made when I put my money in alert pay and decide to not to withdraw it I was bearing the chance to take it out but I decided to let it there and just after few weeks later the payment processor closed and I lost my money.

The most difficult decision that we did to our family business is to close it down. During that time, the local government system imposed high VAT that customers cannot buy our items physically. It is better to shut the business down than to dive our prices cheaper.

I think you did the right decision for sacking her up. If I were in your shoe, I will not have a second thought of doing so. Insubordinate is not my thing to tolerate it. I have a low opinion with this kind of people.
