It surely happens to anyone managing a business arrogant , strict, and manipulative. The manipulation happens in price tags from the old price to a new price but the product sold is old, more than a year. The manager is also strict to workers who don't oblige to follow the new rules of breaking the prices. Also not good for a business owner to be arrogant despite wrong in some of his executions on his business. This may lead to failure of trust from the customers disappear because of those issues that provoke anger to workers and customers.
