Trading Vs. Investment: What has worked best for you?

Do you trade or invest? In case you are doing both, what are you trading and investing in? What has worked best for you, trading or investing? I am more of an investor. Investment has worked best for me

In my opinion, investment is more stable, while trading is riskier so profits and losses alternate. For me both are very challenging. However, trading requires more practice so that you can make more profits.

I have been quite successful with shares and mutual funds I have liquidated all that and deposited in cumulative bank deposits. Both have worked for me.
