TV news in Ph this time more on crimes

I watched TV news this evening only to feel bad about the happenings of our society. Crimes soar almost everyday in the Philippines. I'm so sad. I'm hoping that in the next election, our Ph President will be brave and committed like our former Ph president Duterte. We people in the Philippines felt safe and secure. 6 years is too long to wait.

It is not only in Philippines that crime is soaring on daily basis. In Nigeria, the level of insecurity is increasing on daily basis. In fact, the number of killing on daily basis in Nigeria is more than number of killing in Russia-Ukraine war on daily basis.

Oh my Hod, that is so terrifying. Why is that so? Are the police involved in those crimes/ In my country, police are always involved. But they all stay behind bars.
