Types of crisis in your workplace?

Every business has their own kind of Crisis they deal with regularly or on a daily basis. Where i currently work, the major crisis we are usually faced with is not being able to meet up with the deadline of a particular customer, or not having the needed materials to carry out a particular job. What kind of Crisis do you have to face in your line of work?

I am working in a government-owned office and whenever there are crises, they will be solved by heads and forwarded to the national government.

It is true that there are different kinds of crisis you would come across in workplaces, the sense to deal with each of those situations is needed.

In my workplace, we have the challenge of retaining staff. Our staff rarely stay beyond a year and that can affect the business.

It seems that small or big companies are starting to be in a normal operation now. As compared in the past, they are struggling and even closed down due to this pandemic.

When I was working full time, I worked in a software rental company. The company delivered the software via the internet to users. The main crisis we had to face was when the internet was down, or when someone hacked into our system. In such situation, we were not able to deliver the software to users. That would seriously affect the business of the company.

In my own workplace, we use to have crisis of lack of materials for production. There are times when materials just finish and we can't even see where to buy it.
