I think it is a good idea. I remembered when I was in high school, we penalized per word when speaking the Filipino language. At that time, the school principal implemented an English zone for the students to enhance in using this second language.

Lol not a bad idea though, this method is also used in most homes but not for swears but rather bad language or what most Nigerians would call pigin English.
