There are vendors that anytime you want to go and buy from them, you have to wait so they can call them to come. This might take 10-15 mins. How do you feel about this kind of business people. How do you feel having to wait?

Yes, I totally agree with you. I often encounter similar things and do the same thing. I don't like to wait too long, without knowing when the shop owner will be back. Unless I've contacted him by phone to make sure, how long I have to wait.

It is always painful especially when you are heading somewhere and one seller just wastes your time even with the fact that you are paying him.
To the best of my knowledge, they are vendors that aren't very serious with their business. Personally, I wouldn't wait for the vendor. I will buy from another seller.
No, I would not waste my time waiting for the owner to come back. I'll buy from another shop. That said, there are some shops here which only have one shop keeper. They are laundry shops or some small shops selling clothing. When they need to go for lunch or to the restroom, they would put a notice on the door of the shop and specify at what time they would be back. I think this is understandable. If I like their product/service, I may wait for a while.
Honestly its very annoying, especially the ones whose house is in the same space with their shops or offices, they are usually fund of going home for one thing or the other. Most times i do not even bother calling them, once i notice they are not available, i simply look for another place.
