A webhosting company had promised that softaculous was included with the webhosting. After I purchased the webhosting account , I find that the license is not renewed. I have raised the support ticket, and though they have promised installation within 36 hours, softaculous is not installed after more than one week. They are ignoring all requests. What is the best option to get them install the softaculous?

I always had problems with this method. From some reasons font files don't extract. Later I have to upload it manualy. In online uploader send error to. I guess extension names are problem. Here is list of such files.
Interesting. I havn't had this issue. What kind of Control panel are you using for the uploads?
Not sure for that but in Cpanel is Monstaftp uploader.
Since it cause me problems I use more often FTP upload trough Notepad++. There is plugin NppFTP where you can save upload login credentials for multipe accounts.
If you're creating a WordPress blog, you don't need to wait for softaculous. If you have cpanel, you can use it to install and setup your WordPress website or forum supported on cpanel. I used cpanel and it's not difficult.
