What action do you take when you fail?

After the failure l sit back and find out the reason behind that and l rectify that and move on.

If I am in so much pains from the fail, I sulk and sleep. When I am awake, I evaluate how and where it went wrong and I am back to my feet.

I would be disappointed of course. But I would reflect and find out the reason(s) why I fail. Remind myself not to make the same mistakes and learn from the mistakes.

The best action is to sit back and think why you failed. Then you change the strategy and go back to the battle field.

And make sure i don't repeat the same mistake again so as not to fail the second time

I have read "Failures are the pillars of sucess" , I believe on it. After the failure I work hard for the same in order to achieve my targets
