The best advice that I could give is to be hands-on in managing his business. Don't trust anyone when it comes to dealing with so many employees.

Yea, like where i work, there are lots of young workers, though they are very good at what they do but they lack manners on how to handle customers and most times they play a lot.

Start hard and start fast. A lot of time is spent trying to get everything perfect. You don't need fancy chairs or tens of staff before you can start operations.

Though most times some of these customers can be really annoying, they demand to be treated like royalty but are not willing to do so to others in return.
