What are some advantages and disadvantages in a group rather than alone?

Honestly, I am not comfortable working in a group. But then, if it is for teamwork sake, then I am obliged to do so. There is nothing to work with them unless they actively participating.

Group working becomes an advantage for you if you are lazy or you don't have resources to do the task but it will be more hectic if your group members are non cooperative and sometimes they don't follow the things as per your requirements.

One should have a balance. Take time off for some me time and get together for some fun.
