No. Growth has nothing to hinder the economic progress of a country. The main reason why the rate of unemployment is growing is as result of unseriousness from that government to have a good plan for its citizens.

I can't agree with this. We can't have exact number of people and work places. Sometimes kids are not planned and industry definitely don't think much about people. Just about profit.
