I prefer a person who is a well-skilled not only with educational credentials.
Yeah, educational credentials should be the only thing to determined your employees some are well educated but less skilled while some are well skilled but less educated, life isn't balance.

Sometimes, the resume is deceptive because people compile CVS to suit their purpose. Hands on experience and testing the workers for a long period of time allows you detect their behavior and attitude.
Exactly, instead of depending on whatever is on the CVs or whatever experience claimed do well to instill you own fair share of exp and see how well they will cope.đź‘Ť

Some core and critical sectors like financial institutions usually do this. I've forgotten the term but they employ you temporarily and assign you to a task while they monitor your performance.
