The worker needs to receive a write-up for skipping work. This will serve as the first warning. After three consecutive habitual skipping of work, he will have the proper sanction from the company.

In such a case, i think the best thing to do is to also skip their salaries. By the time they noticed their salaries are being deducted, they would want to put in more effort.

I think a lot of people do this if you skip work too much you would be sacked but I think it is the best option so that others will learn

It is negligence for an employee to repeatedly skip work without any concrete reason. Such a staff should make way for people that are serious to take the work.

Yeah such a staff is not contributing to the growth of others in the company or the growth of the company. you are not ready to work then you go away

For me, I would divide his salary by the number of working days in a month to get his daily pay. I would just count the number of days he comes to work,. multiply it by his daily pay and give him every month. I would automatically turn such a staff to a daily paid staff.

How do you think managers can handle a situation that some workers call in sick just to stay away from work. How would you handle this?
You do this by increasing the discipline of workers. If he claims to be sick, he must include a sick note from a doctor or other proof that he is really sick. If you often skip school for other reasons, such as family events, give him a warning and fine or cut wages.
