What are the challenges you need to overcome to make your desired money

That is bad how it worked for there. I think some of the government offices here does that too. Good connection, good position. But for private companies, we need to excel and show good performance to be considered, promoted and offered good starting package.

Yeah it is mostly government offices that this exist the most. You need connection to pull through to get a job.
Yes, I know because I have heard stories of such before. And some would need a gasoline before they get what they want. Without the gasoline (money), it is too difficult to be processed. I heard about fixers in our Land Transpo office.
I guess its the same everywhere in Nigeria. Right here in delta state Nigeria, its also the same thing. Most times when you are qualified for the job, if you do not know someone on the inside, it is almost impossible to win the job. Its pretty annoying though, this is why most persons today opt for starting up their personal jobs or business of their own.
I think this is something our government need to address. They should hire people who won't do this. But I think it is not possible to remove this from their old system.
It is not a good practice. It is unfair. Here in my country, rampant before was hiding under the table, but the law penalized those a company that hired unskilled workers. The company will never grow but rather go down. It was mandated to stop the fishy business hiring under the table.
Indeed it is near impossible, cause everyone wants to establish themselves. Lets say you find yourself in a position where you can give out jobs, and you have friends and loved ones who are in need of this job badly, am pretty sure you would want to sort out does around you first before you even think of giving it to others.
This is happening everywhere and you need to have good contacts to get a good job or you need to be brilliant to get a well-paying job but it's hard to find a good job also per our skills and there is a lot of politics going in every workplace

But this habit makes incapable hands to work where they shouldn't but professional hands are wasting away. it terrible.
This is just the bitter truth there are so many persons in positions they know notting about but they are only there cause they have someone on the inside that helped them get that position.

That's the annoying thing professionals are roaming the streets while dull hands are suited for jobs that they know nothing about.

Yeah laziness can be a good challenge for making good money. When hard work set in good money would be made.
Capital is a biggest challenge that is seen by most of the business owners and it is better to overcome it on time.
I would say nepotism exists in my location but not serious. If you have the right knowledge and skills, are smart and hard working, you can get a job with decent pay.
