What are the documents required by the registrar of companies to register a public limited company
These requirements will be depends on policies nationally or internationally. That is why we need to consider if wanting to have a business nationally or internationally.
I guess this depends on country to country. In my home country you are required to register your company with company registrar office and you need to provide proposal and government ID of the founding members
You would need the articles of association and the memorandum of understanding to get your company registered. If it is a sole proprietorship, all you would need would be the details of the founder of the business.
