What are the risks of forex trading

Forex trading have a lot of risks. One of the major risks of forex trading is that the market is not tightly regulated. This makes the market very easy to manipulate and defraud unsuspecting people. Secondly, the market have high volatile and can result in devastating losses. Another factor that makes forex very risk is high leverage. Though it can be rewarding sometimes but need high level of discipline to profit from the market.

Forex trading surely has a lot of risks in it and that is when one does not have any knowledge on it and they just rush into it because they see their friends who have studied for years making it there and then even when one has the knowledge if care is not taken they still get to loose some amount of money there too. One of the reasons I have not yet put in my time into forex trading is because I do not have much time to follow some of the things that one needs to make it there.

Forex trading is one of the most lucrative and profitable investment out there, but the major problem is that the risk is extremely high. You can make good profit in a day and at the same time loose all you have in a day as well.
