There are various ways to get customer feedback. You can do it via surveys, asking for the customer's opinion via SMS/text message. I had lunch at a restaurant last week. They put a QR code on the menu. After the meal, when the customer paid the bill, the server requested the customer to scan the QR code and answer a few questions on how they felt about the restaurant's foods and service. It's quick and easy.
