There is no best way to confront someone about a problem at workplace. I, myself had a big confrontation with my immediate project manager before. It is because he is incompetent to handle the team and restrictions. Have you tried to confront a co-worker about a certain problem?

I had a confrontation with top management when they tried to change my working hours without discussing the change with me and get my consent. I resigned but they refused to pay my bonus which I was entitled to get. I report the case to the Labor Department and I won. I got my bonus.

The worst conflict that I faced was when I had a disagreement with my partner in a business and we wanted to proceed in our separate ways and it was a very difficult situation.

The day a female colleague almost made me slap her because she was insurbodinate to me as the head of her department. I was angry. Almost slapped her but I held myself.

In my previous workplace I experienced many problems but the one that was giving me sleepless nights was the stagnation at my workplace. I stayed stagnated there for almost six years before I quit.

The worst conflict I faced at work was when a customer wanted to distort the facts, he admitted that he had paid the installments 3 times, even though in my records it was only 2 times, he was still adamant but could not show any evidence, until finally he lost the debate and relented. There was almost an argument.

Conflict should be well managed to at each and every companies and there should be a department that will oversee that.

I manage it myself, my boss only listens to the debate between us, not defending any side. Even though he knew the truth was on my side. I don't know I don't understand.

Your boss displayed maturity because if he takes sides, it will not be palatable.
It's possible, but it's as if it's hands off and doesn't help explain. If I am wrong in the debate then I will bear the loss, even though it is the customer's fault. I don't like bosses like this, when he knows the right side, at least help explain.

The worst conflict Ive faced at work was dealing with a colleague who had a difficult personality and was uncooperative it was challenging but I learned to communicate effectively and find common ground to achieve our goals.

Mine was being paired up with a baby worker. Baby worker in that the team mate always desired to be pampered every time. I got tired of petting an adult and let it out on him. He cried profusely.

The conflict that Is always prevalent in the workplace is always disagreement. I have been faced with this several times but nothing serious. I know how to always resolved at the end of the day.

For me i believe the worse i have faced was working with does who do not want to work. Due to their level of unseriousness, i ended up doing multiple jobs which was too much for me.

In a fashion and designing shop as a worker that just started learning many a times I fail to more pay attention to details such as fabric quality, thread color, or button placement can result in unsatisfied customers or returns

it is not be easy working with lazy People you might end up doing multiple jobs which will be bad and it will be a conflict if you voice out.
There is another set that we call uninterested workers. They don't care if goals are met or not. And you bear the brunt of everything because you are that meticulous.

Yeah right they are unhappy and not just interested in anything , they are just uninterested about happenings in the workplace whether goals are met or not. yeah you have to put in for them
