How do you ensure your fitness? Well, for me eating right and maintaining active lifestyle are tow major mantras for remaining fit and healthy. I always avoid sugary and salty foods, I also avoid sodas and junk foods, I eat a lot of vegetables. I also go for a walk.

I jog every morning and do a daily walk for 25 minutes in our yard. very weekends I swim in the deep sea.I am a deep-sea swimmer. I learned swimming at age 13.

I do exercise and have a healthy diet to remain fit. I take a 30-45 min walk every morning. I also avoid junk food. I do not eat foods which are too oily, too sweet and salty. Of course, I have cheat day. lol. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

i think eating health food and fruits will do wonders to your health
