As long as the product is still covered by warranty, repairs are free. What if they decide against doing so? How should we approach it?

A product may qualify for a free repair if it is covered under the manufacturer's warranty or if the product is considered to be defective. Some manufacturers also offer free repairs for certain issues that are known to affect a specific product model.

It actually depends on the kind of product that you're dealing with. If it's an electronic product, you must not open the product. Return it if it's faulty

If the product you bought is still within the warranty period, and the damage is caused by the factory or the item itself, not the user's fault, then the repair must be free. If they refuse, we only need to spread it on consumer media. But I've never encountered a warranty repair that refuses.

I think it has to be when the faults can be traced to a glitch or fault on the part of the manufacturer. Also, be sure that the seal is not broken.

Most of these products, especially gadgets, usually comes with warranty that in most cases last for three months or six months, though these days they usually make it a year. If there is damage within that one year then they are to repair it for free.

That is true but warranty is always for a particular number of years and it will stop after then.
I do think that it will not last forever. In my view, they can still offer station that people can avail their services in terms of fixing them. They can pay the services with trust that they can do them accurately.

If I am under warranty and a manufacturer refuses to effect free repairs for me, I would just drop the device with them and involve law enforcement agencies.

In my country, the affiliated shops who sold the business will deal with this matter. It does not need to bring them back to the manufacturers if there are some issues or concerns need to handle. If it is under the warranty period, most of the time they change them to new ones.

I was speaking from the point of view that the device was bought from the manufacturer. People in my country prefer to buy devices from a subsidiary of the manufacturer.

A product could have a free repair it it's still on a warranty period, If not, the owner will be forced to pay. Another if it's damaged by someone else, then if he knows the procedures the he can repair for free.

It has been many years that we are having this mode of scheme when it comes to a warranty per se. I do like this way of having the warranty. If ever, it is better to have the repair station.
