What do you do to control the phone's addiction?

Like for me l am so much connected to the internet that l hardly stay for ten minutes without that. So what should it be done to control that?

For instance if it's an earning app that requires your consistency for you to earn what do you go about that.

The reason I am constantly on the phone is not because of an addiction but rather because I need to earn money. I sometimes use my phone to work and participate in different forums when I do not feel like using my laptop.

The only thing that I do is load myself with work online. I prefer using the laptop or desktop to achieve this goal. I can also use my mobile phone if I want to earn extra money online.
