What do you do when some of your coworkers are difficult to get along with?

In my view, we still need to be professional when dealing with difficult colleagues. It is a matter of just being with them because of job-related concerns and nothing else.

I just avoid them and focus strictly on my own role and tasks in the company. If my role overlaps into their positions, I stay strictly professional and it they prove difficult, I report to the upper management.

Exactly, there is no issue with working with people but they should at least listen to corrections because it does not only benefit the workplace, the impact is on their self development as employees.

I will do this option. I will let them feel how I feel while working with them. I can confront them and listened to what I had to say to them.
