What do you prefer the most? Night shifts or day shifts?

For me l would like to work on the night shifts and have my business activities done on the daytime. What about you.

I used to prefer working the night shift, but I realized it was negatively affecting my health, so I switched to day shifts. Good thing I can work at any time of the day.

I prefer day shifts above all, they are much better as you can rest at night and work during the day. Moreover, my brain and body are already used to sleeping at night and I wouldn't want to change that.

Yes you might not get to do much but how about natural calls that we can't cheat. You might not find it funny running night shifts
