Many people when they have more money compete for land investment, whereas on the other hand they are busy with their work so they don't have time to take care of the land they own, and the land becomes neglected with lots of weeds.

What do you think if a land is left abandoned, will it still be a promising investment, let's discuss it here. Thank You.

Well investments in real state can always be promising if you know how to do it, if the land in question is abandoned and neglected you will need an extra investment to get it ready but it can still be a good investment probably.

Always promising, you will never go wrong buying land for an investment, the price will always increase from time to time, so, its a good business, though and buy now when the price is still reasonable

As long as you know how to take advantage of it, it can be a good investment, but that depends on you, the location of the land in question is also important.

Location is always the reason why we buy the land, right? Its always main reason why we dk it or at least we knew some plan in the future about the area we want to buy, its works though

As long as it is titled property it remains yours despite having illegal occupants. It's better to fence the property to avoid entries of trespassers. The value of the land never depreciates.

You can start buying by square meter and have it titled and transferred under your name then sell it after some years You'll surely have a big buyer on that to construct housing.

I bought 300 Square matters lot and it was bought by a retired worker in Del Monte Philippines. The owner constructed a two storey housing. I have to invest more. I am planning to buy another lot.

I started doing it two years after I started working. I saved 50 percent of my salary. I was able to buy 300 Square meters lot and was bought after a year. My money doubles hehe.

Investing in real estate always remain a good business. I know so many people those who has invested in land and now they are rich. The question arises that if we invest in the land and neglected it then what will happen, mostly nothing happen with it but in few cases it has been seen that some other people temporarily occupied to that and this condition becomes a problem for the person who purchased it.
