No I don't think it is worth damaging your phone for. it wouldn't make any sense.

For me I would like to mine Bitcoin I think It will give me more money than other cryptocurrency.I also think it should.

Am mining through the bees on honeygain on my phone and laptop.To be honest i have like ten gadgets that i use but not active everyday on all of since the new rule is that you have to use a seperate ISP in order to recognize that you are using a home data plan and not public internet.
I also mine Pi, it has gain popularity lately.

True. Besides that mining uses phone too that's why the phones become slow once you start mining using your phone. Its best to just avoid it
