What do you think about mining with the phone

Currently, there are many offers to mine crypto through Android smartphone applications, but you have to be careful because many of them are fake, or contain malware that will steal your data. Even though we use legit and trusted applications, the rewards that will be generated are not commensurate with the damage to the smartphone.

Most cloud mining websites that mines crypto through the phone are scams. I know of 2-3 legit one's though not worthy it when you quantify the time and data usage for the mining.

What software and what crypto did you try mine? I only know for web miners but I didn't try any on phone. I have one old phone and I can use free current at work so I would like try it.

I think the mining of the Crypto currency through the phone is a waste of time. It's being said by the experts that the mining requires heavy equipment and technology that consumes electricity like crazy.

I think I have also noticed that, mining with a mobile phone sometimes makes one phone bro function very slowly, at least I have experienced it with my phone.

It's extremely slow and it can take very long time before you make something also it makes my phone slow and overheat so I stay away from it I think it's not worth it

Same here, I wouldn't advise anyone to mine with a mobile phone, due to what I have experienced mining cryptocurrency with my phone, it made my phone to start malfunctioning and lagging frequently, so it is not good to mine cryptocurrency with a mobile phone.

It depends on the coin you are mining and again if the project is already a popular one that had been in the market already making trades but for new projects, it is better to use your mobile phones to mine.

Legit and profitable mining requires heavy machinery and equipment that consume alot of electricity in the process.

Yes, mining with phone is a great waste of time and resources. you can't just get much profit mining with just a phone. it will not work well like using other tools

Did anybody try mining Monero crypto currencie with smartphone? It is crypto optimized for CPU so you don't need strong GPU. I have two old smartphones so maybe I could use them.
