As for me, a good customer service is giving the needs of their clients accurately. They need to listen and find the root cause/s of the dilemmas before giving the final resolution. Don't make the service in a delay manner because it can lead to clients' complaints.

For me i think a good customer service is one that not just listens because it is their duty to, they actually listen to understand and offer their opinion and as well solution if possible. That is good customer service.

The good customer service is when you establish a good relationship between a business and its customers. Their needs are considered and prioritized. You have a good communication skill on how to interact with them and finally you offer after sales support.

Yes, I have experienced unpleasant treatment from a seller or teacher. They looked down on me because I looked poor and didn't have much money. Sometimes people treat other people by looking at money and position status.

That's the most painful part of bad customer service. You can't be messing with a customer's sanity. I would never patronize such a trader again and would never allow anyone I know to patronize him.

Yes, that's right, I am agree with you. since then I hated him and was lazy to meet him again. Arrogant people like that are very harmful to business, making businesses abandoned by their customers.
