Since I am doing intermittent fasting, I am enjoying eating healthy meals during mealtime. Although I have to focus more on consuming foods with a good source of protein. The main goal is to trim down to a normal weight.

Same here, I have started workouts already, just yesterday I was thinking about starting my intermittent fasting. For healthy lunch, it is mainly about eating a well balanced food in a more moderate quantity.

A well-balanced meal makes a healthy lunch. I do not eat fast foods such as deep-fried chicken for lunch. I like Avocado with turkey sandwich. Sometimes, I have tuna fish sandwich. After lunch, I may have some fruits such as apple or orange.

You can eat heavy lunch but your dinner should always be light. A healthy launch will be a lot of carbs with the right portion of protein and fats

I take healthy and complete breakfast and eat normal healthy lunch, which mostly comprises of chicken and vegetables. I include salad in lunch and after lunch take some fruits.
