The reason is not far fetched. The level of development is low and could not sustain the human resources available. There is few industries, organizations, institutions where people can be employed. Secondly, there is poor development of human resources thereby people are not educated to level of been productive.

Corruption is one of the main reasons why many developing countries suffer. Poor administration and bad management is also to be blamed as well.

In most cases it is usually due to the high level or corruption within this third world countries. The government of these countries tend to focus on themselves more than actually creating more jobs to ensure a better standard of living for everyone.

The challenge is that there is a low level of private sector participation in the economy. It is the private sector that creates jobs.

In my view, the culprit of this is the country's economic status. Besides the point, lack of jobs that can lead to high unemployment incidence, especially in third wold countries.

Poor economic growth and infrastructure discourage local and foreign investment. There are not enough companies which offer job opportunities to the workforce. In addition, corruption in developing countries lead to poor administration. The government does not come up with effective policies to improve the economic situation of the country.

In my country for instance, it is due to the fact that the entire economy depends on government for employment. The government cannot employ everyone in the economy.

Using my country as a case study, it is very obvious that the rate of unemployment here is getting out of hand every day because thousands of graduates are coming out of the university with no job for them to do.
