What does it feel when you are not paid on time?

For me that is very heart breaking. It can mislead one over the planned activities that one had actually planned.

It is a frustrating experience. If the wait is too long I stop going there and move on.

It is frustrating when I don't get the payment on time. I feel not to work for that site if it happens.

Somebody borrowed money from me and it was already two years and never cared to pay me. I forgot about it and after 3 years he paid me without interest. I was mad actually.

Yes, I just responded with a smile and a thank you but never again will I trust that person. He can't borrow again.

We usually planned certain activities when we are supposed to be paid, a slight delay in payment make things irritating and we don't feel good. So either never make plan before cash in hand or get control on yourselves.

It's irritating, right. I blamed myself for having trusted someone borrowing money and got a pay after 3 years.

Everything seems to be fine but when someone borrows money and you ask him/her to return your money, things start getting worse. I have rarely found someone who returned my money on time.

It is normal to feel bad or angry when the promise is broken by the borrower. There are people thick face, shameless.

Our trust is broken, we feel bad and angry. It's better not to lend our money.

Not getting paid on time certainly hurts because it will derail my financial plans, I will end up not paying bills on time

It happened to me too; once our employer delayed our salary for 20 days, and the reason for the delay was that the management told us that they were at a loss. They have started delaying salaries since then. I left the job soon, as I realized that it was better to change jobs.

When I was working full time, I always get paid on time by the companies I worked for. Now, I am a freelancer. 99% of my clients pay me on time. There are just a few who always delay payment for a week or two. As long as they pay, I'll still provide my service to them.

It can be so frustrating to not get paid on time. I have gone through this so many times in my life and it really ruins the plans and budget you had. All those experiences have taught me to never budget on money that I don't have. It is best to wait till you have the money in your account so as to start planning on it.

It makes me feel very bad and that’s the reason why I stopped working with a man two months ago. I was not paid on time and it really got me angry
