What is E-trade?

I just heard about etrade apps, and after visiting the site I couldn't find where etrade is located and which country got a license, whether etrade has also got permission to operate in your country, don't be tempted by big earn money.
I have heard about the application but I have not tried it out because I have not invested in it.
I have not used to this application before and so, I will try to carry out thorough investigations to confirm its legitimacy.
I've actually heard about the application but it is not what I used to trade and I am very comfortable with the one that I'm trading with but I believe that is a very good app for those that are using it as well.
From your comment am guessing you might have used the app before or you are currently making use of the app.what was your experience like so far with the app?
I will ensure to carry out a proper investigations on the etrade platform and I will come back with a necessary information on what I've gotten but I know that it is one of the trading platform to earn reasonable amount of money.
