To have a good working environment, one important thing that's neglected is proper communication and understanding between employees and employers.

This can solve a lot of problems and ensure effective management.

Though this is good, it would help in removing a working environment where most of the employees would feel superior than others but at the same time it would be abit difficult as most positions held by some employees is actually higher than the others or even their educational qualifications would definitely not be equal.
