Each customers have different preferences, they are not satisfied with the product or say service, most often, they don't complain but accept it as they were lured (budol) to buy the product. They are in some ways encouraged to report the dissatisfaction. Most businesses compensate them with refund or giving discount to meet their satisfaction. But of course, this should not always be the case. Businesses should improve after the dissatisfaction of one or two customers.

The best answer to customer disappointment or dissatisfaction is to be courtesy when you are attending to their complaint. Don't be harsh on them. Listen attentively and provide satisfactory answers to them.

That is true. When talking to them or dealing with this type of customer, we should be courteous. Treat them as special because they need special attention not because they are a threat to the business but they are the way to improve our product and service.

It's good to offer personalized services to customers, especially if the products or services are more expensive for the niche. This is key to retaining them and finding out exactly how to solve each ones problems related to.the product or service.

Truth be told i do not think there is any solution to customer dissatisfaction. This is due to the fact that everyone have their taste. The same level of service a customer might reject, another customer would see it and gladly accept it. The best thing to do is keep putting in your best.
