You have given a really good breakdown of how much setting a ptp site will cost. I think it is the same thing as creating a website, only with a few differences. Plus you have to budget on money to start paying members as you won't start earning revenue right away.

I think you can get a website in a very low price and its not a big investment but in order to get the plugins ready is a tough thing and then you need staff too

I actually do not know the exact amount that we can use to open a forum because it depends on how much money they build websites over there

This is why some owners of some forums always stated clearly that they do not have money to pay people who are posting on it early but they can just try to compensate you with something
