Humans frequently put off unpleasant jobs, especially if they are unfamiliar. As the proverb goes, "Two minds are better than one," and the key to tackling any tough task is to break it down into smaller components, teamwork may make the majority of difficult jobs easier. Choose where to begin and what must be done initially. I am sure we need to do this first-hand before it becomes worse.

Well said, one reason why most people or even business owners find it hard to solve certain issues they come across is simply cause they keep on trying to solve it all at once instead of breaking it down to solve it bit by bit.
When handling difficult task, I would see it as a challenge. I would break it down into mini components and solve it one after the other. If I really encounter difficulties, or think I do not have the necessary knowledge and skills to tackle it, I would seek help from experts.
Segment it into goals. Take the first strlyz target the first goal when accomplished, target the second goal and before you know it, you have gone very far.
It is very important to keep tackling different task in each and every business.
