What is the least amount a YouTuber earn?

I need to ask this because after struggling to meet up with Google AdSense requirements of 1000 subscribers and 4000 hours of video watch. What is the minimum a YouTuber can earn to go for all that stress?

There are some Youtubers that are not making a dime from month to month. If your videos don't receive traffic, you will not receive any payment.

It depends on the number of views that you're getting that will determine the amount you're going to make from YouTube.

Well i think it depends though, i have heard about some YouTubers who only make cents per videos or even for weeks, while there are some who make good amount of money form it.
