What is your biggest fear in business

The biggest fear that will be encountered by almost everyone is the fear of failure in business.

I can totally relate with this, but like you said, in the end you wont be able to tell if you fail or succeed until you actually give it a try.

It would be trusting my staff too much and they take advantage of it and due me before I can find out which will cripple my business.

I am not a business owner. I guess the bigger fear is business failure and the owner owes a lot of debt that s(he) has to declare bankruptcy. Other than loss of money, the owner may lose his/her self confidence.

My biggest fear is business is not making sales because it will not be nice to start a business and not make sales.

My biggest fear in my milk tea business is when I will be having a rival in the mall. So far this time, I am the only seller of this. But I am already assuming that soon I will have a rival.
