My favourite is, whichever festival is near. For example Diwali.

We only have one - Diwali, but this time weekend too. 5 festival always come together before and after Diwali

@Sanjee , there are dances, free foods served to everyone. There are group of people in the city who contributed big amount just to let people enjoy the merriment. There are also contests with prizes.

It is only in the city where I live. Every region here has its own festival though there is also national festivals.

Yes, it is only in my city. There is famous festival in Cebu city called " ATIATIHAN " festival and SINULUG" You may Google it.

Yes, and there is also a yearly festival in Camiguin Island, THE LANZONES festival. This fruit will be sold at a reasonable price during this festival My family always buys 2 boxes of lanzones during its festival.

Decorate home with flowers, colours, and lights, distribute sweets, dryfruits, gifts to relatives & friends, special worship of Ganesha, and Goddess Lakshmi.Firecrackers at night.

We worship Goddess Lakshmi and God Ganesha on Diwali, wear new clothes, eat sweets and burst crackers at night.

I love our festival in the city that usually celebrated the whole month of February. We call it the Flower Festival or 'Panagbenga.'
