In the business world, there are some managers that can be tagged as bad with their subordinates. These managers are sometimes the product of nepotism. The impact is that they are not competent enough to carry-out their respective jobs. At some point, they usually take the credits of what their team had successfully done in the company. This is one of the sad downsides of being an incompetent manager.

I think poor manager has the following attributes.
1. No vision
2. Poor leadership skills
3. Poor communication skills
4. Poor organizational skills
5. Not delegate work to subordinates properly
6. Do not know how to motivate subordinates
Overall speaking, poor manager are incompetent in leading his/her department to achieve the goals.

A manager is a person who manage different things and a bad manager is a person who manage different things badly. A bad manager always remain busy in nagging and scolding to his subordinate, when you get any, start searching other job.
Some of the characteristics that defines a poor manager is poor leadership quality, poor communication skills and nepotic approach to workers. Another poor characteristics is inability to understand and make market demand. A manager must know how to position his company to achieve more sales.
A bad manager will not be able to run the business successfully.
I believe that a bad manager is someone who is not doing his job very well and it's directly affecting the progress and the growth of the business.
A bad manager will always run bankrupt because he doesn't know how to keep tract of the business transactions. He always wants to take decisions by himself and will never accept correction. He is not disciplined in spendings and is most likely to fail in business
A bad manager is one who abuses his subordinate, talks badly to them, argues badly without good reasoning, and feels so bossy not a leader to emulate by his workers. That kind only stays as a manager shortly for workers may file complaints against his ways of dealing with the people in the office.
