As a business owner, there would definitely be a time where your business would grow to the point where you need employees. What are the qualifications and qualities would you look out for?

That depends on the job vacancies I need people to fill. If I am hiring a marketing staff, s(he) must be creative, have good communication and inter-personal skills. If I am looking for an accountant, s(he) must have the necessary accounting qualification. s(he) must also be meticulous, honest and detail-oriented.

New employees should posses integrity and honesty. Both go hand in hand. With this, I don't think you'll have any problem in the workplace.
