What should be the normal experience age for new applicants?.

I don't even understand the dragging for this new age . I think it is better one gets employ for the skills and experience one has and not about the age

They simply use this issue of experience to disqualify a lot of people that are even more qualified to do the job very well and it's very frustrating.

But as a business owner myself, I won't feel comfortable employing someone that has no experience to work in my business. Experience is also a part of the qualifications for some jobs. If one doesn't have it, he or she should opt for jobs that don't require it.
