What type of games you play to feel relaxed?

We need to play outdoor games to feel relaxed and that's why I prefer volleyball and it's one of my favourite.

If I want to relax, I play musical instruments or listening to music. For outdoor sports, I enjoy playing tennis and swimming. I find swimming in particular very relaxing.

I play tennis but more relaxing is sit and watch football or some series. Lately I am playing games on smartphones and I lose time how much I play it.

I love playing hockey, there is a sense of job I get from hitting and stopping that hockey ball. I should play it soon, it's been a bit long.

Music is one of the best if not the best and it does help us in a many ways and makes us work for longer duration without making us feel tired
