What's the best way to confront a co-worker about a problem?

I must acknowledge that I have a strong personality. If someone treats me disrespectfully or acts badly toward me, I cannot hide my sentiments. I will try to treat this person professionally as much as possible. If it doesn't work out, I must report it to the Human Resource Department.

Sometimes, it is far more better to ignore some silly behaviour and concentrate on your work. I have noticed that when you show people that their lash out against you does not affect you, you have psychological damaged their ego.

I seldom confront a co-worker. If s(he) treats me badly, I will tell him/her in a calm manner that I do not like such kind of attitude. Then I'll focus on doing my job.
