What's your most used gym equipment

I used to prefer barbells over anything else but lately grown into dumbells and cable exercises too

My favorite is my feet, but I can only walk 200 feet or so. I have hope since it's easier now than when I started. They were right when they told me that getting old was not for sissies.

I use dumbells too to gain muscles. it can be cool to use these equipment.

I do not use any gym equipement. I only do brisk walking as my exercise daily. But it is always a long walk.

I think most people, especially man goes on bench press. While I was visiting gym I use it often. Almost all time somebody was on it. It will work for your chest grown and arms.

Is this you in the picture? I think it is good to do muscle pumping in the gym. I am considering the idea.
