Yeah different strokes for different folks. I listen to hip hop sometimes too.

Yeah, it really does, good thing there is music.

During my formative years I listened to a lot of soul music (Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Jackson 5, etc.) and I also liked artists like Simon & Garfunkel. But then I met my late husband who introduced me to African and Caribbean music, music from Bollywood movie soundtracks, and New Age music (artists like Vangelis).

I just love soft free flowing music that resonates within me. Blues and soul music is okay. I love classics too.

Am not trying to be churchy but personally I prefer gospel songs, especially the worship ones. I am a drummer so I guess that has also played a part in the songs I listen to.

No one is going to judge you even if you're the churchy type. Some gospel songs are cool, I like listening to oceans, yeshua... I really like those.
